HOW IS TWIN CITY SIGNS DIFFERENT
We are intimately familiar with the Department of Commerce's rules and interpretations of state statutes as it pertains to your marketing. We are intimately familiar with most brokeridge's signature and marketing guidelines and how you can maximize your marketing impact and be compliant. We have YEARS of experience working with real estate agents, we know what it is like to set out signs, what signs work and what signs are a waste of your money. We know techniques whereby we can GUARANTEE your directional signs won't be removed by city crews or property owners. We'll never limit you to one or two design layouts that may or may not fit your business.
Why should you wait over 10 days for delivery from out-of-state suppliers and why should their price to you include their 20% (or more) franchise fees? Twin City Signs can deliver quality affordably and with less hassle!
We understand your real estate business (our designer is an experienced Realtor) and strive to help you market your brand and properties with high quality, attractively priced signage without the crazy pricing the franchise stores require! ORDERING & MANUFACTURING PROCESS
You will receive an emailed proof in one to two days of your order. It is then your responsibility to check your proof carefully for correct layout and spelling, keeping in mind that colors on your computer screen or printed from your device will likely differ from the finished product due to materials, background and ambient lighting. It is certain the finished product will look great without the limitations of your monitor or printer. With your approval, most orders are completed within 5 business days, sometimes within a day or two. CALL FOR RUSH ORDERS. We'll try to accomodate you at a low cost.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
No refunds on custom orders, unless your name and number are exceptionally common! We will personally assure your satisfaction. Orders may be cancelled for 100% refund before proof is emailed to you. After proof there may be (for design time) a cancellation fee.
Minnesota Sales Tax will be added to your order. Contact your tax advisor about the deductibility of most of our products.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Does the price include shipping? No. We are usually happy to deliver to offices in the Twin Cities core as we swing through your area or you may pick them up minutes from St. Paul. Shipping by UPS/US Post is inexpensive and usually next day after completion, but if you can wait a few more days, we can save you money with our delivery.
What products do you use? We use only top quality 3M, Avery and Orocal (top European supplier) products. With the exception of Coroplast, you will notice ZERO fading even after 5 years outside.
Can you send me a catalogue, I want to order by phone or email so that I can discuss my needs. We'd be happy to send a catalogue (actually a price sheet) and we're happy to take your order over the phone or by email. Remember, for all orders, we will contact you within 24 hours of your order and go over your needs. We always email you a color proof and won't make your signs until you've seen exactly what you're getting.
OUR COMMITMENT TO THE SECURITY OF YOUR DATA
We have the obligation to protect your data just as you would protect the data of your clients. We will never share any of your information, including marketing programs with other real estate agents or brokerages without your expressed written permission.
